Being surrounded by a mix of commercial, educational and religious buildings and accessible virtually from all sides, the site is to become a large urban room for the future development. The Centre will not only be a Public Park for scientific showcase, but also the place to meet during disaster relief times. Maximizing open space was the primary goal in order to serve this purpose.
